For 60-minute counselling sessions:
Online: £40 AM (off-peak) / £50 PM (peak)
Face-to-face: £50 AM (off-peak) / £60 PM (peak)
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes. I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation. This gives you an opportunity to briefly tell me what you’re looking for, ask questions and get a sense of whether you would like us to work together. There is no obligation to book afterwards.
Can I book online?
Online counselling sessions can currently be booked directly through my secure Konfidens booking system.
For face-to-face counselling or EMDR, please arrange a free 15-minute telephone consultation first so we can briefly discuss what you’re looking for and whether the type of session you’re considering is appropriate for you.
How often would I come to counselling?
Sessions are generally weekly, although they can be more or less frequent depending on your circumstances and what we agree together.
What can I bring to counselling?
People come to counselling for many different reasons. These can include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, ASD, stress, overwhelm, burnout, grief, relationship and attachment difficulties, phobias, substance use, or simply feeling stuck or disconnected.
You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear explanation of what’s wrong before contacting me.
Do you offer EMDR?
Yes. I offer EMDR as part of my integrative counselling practice. You can read more about EMDR, or we can discuss whether it may be appropriate during the free initial consultation.
Do you offer the Rewind Technique?
Yes. Rewind is a brief therapeutic intervention that may only require one session. You do not necessarily need to describe all the details of a traumatic experience for us to work with Rewind.
What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are normally charged at the full session fee.
How do I get started?
You can contact me by telephone or email to arrange your free 15-minute telephone consultation. If you’re ready to arrange an online counselling session, you can also book securely through Konfidens.
